Dungeon Shift

Heroes are the real workplace hazard. You're a dungeon monster on shift — Skeleton, Goblin, Mimic, Slime, or Imp — defending the treasure room for six rounds while management refuses to fix anything and the goblin union is on strike. Each round the adventurers push: roll the problem's push, +1 Progress on a 1–3, +2 on a 4–6. Every monster clocks one action — Fight, Trick, Repair, or Negotiate — and it works on a 3+. Keep Adventurer Progress below 5: at 5 the party breaks in and Dungeon Integrity takes the hit. Rounds that end hot cost Morale, and at zero Morale the crew walks out. Survive all six rounds. Clock out alive.
