Vacancy

One page. One motel. Checkout is at sunrise. Vacancy is a cooperative one-page horror RPG for 1–4 players: you are guests together — you check out together, or not at all. Stranded travelers share one rack of 3 Keys and 3 Memories against six rooms before sunrise. Work each room's central question: roll 1d6 — on 4–6 it resolves, the key returns to the rack, and the room yields a clue to the motel's true room number; on 1–3 it stays unresolved, and the group chooses the price — leave the Key in the door, or pay 1 Memory and take the Key back. Gather 3 clues, check out before sunrise, and take your memories with you. If the group's Memories reach zero, you forget why you came — and you never check out.
